she goes to the bottom of the tank often and crawls around. is she gravid? shes young. what age are they gravid usually?

She may want to lay eggs or she is too hot.
90 degrees may be too hot of a basking temp for her.
My females basking bulb is a 25 watt, so you are providing 3x that.

How often, and how much, do you feed her?

Do you have a laying bin available to her?
They can lay eggs (especially when kept really warm and fed really well) as early as 4 or 5 months old.

she doesn't have an egg bin, so i will get one. 6 days a week she gets around 10, 1 day about 4

You need at least 12" of dirt or sand or mix. I prefer playsand because it doesn't get them all dirty which can't be washed off - you have to wait for a shed. I just had my female lay in the sand and it held the tunnel shape wonderfully! I bought a small trash can and used that. Something round would be great because they love to dig in the corners and don't make much progress in their tunneling.

that sucks. what kind of playsand?

I bought mine at Walmart. It comes in a bag and costs $3 something. While you are there you can get an appropriate sized container for about the same $$$.
