I'm concerned about why that black mark is there and what it is....especially since she's having trouble on that side.

Same. People have said it could be a bruise but it’s not gotten better even with the antibiotics and pain med.

They weren’t really sure about it, and also associated it as a bruise/pain

In post#1 in the second photo...her body is even two different colors. Almost like she had a head injury ...or like you mentioned a stroke.

Yes!!! And she is still like that as far as her colors!
I’m so unsure about how to help her. We’re continuing the meds and eye drops but I just haven’t seen any improvement. She’s not gotten any worse either though. Except she hates me now, she’s always been an anomaly of a veiled chameleon that she’s never hissed or puffed at me but now she does all the time because she hates the meds and eye drops.
