Hi ,
Yesterday I noticed a black/brown spot on the tip of my panther chameleons nose. It hasn't changed today and my initial thought is nose rub as he often crawls around on the side of his cage, but he is also due his shedding soon so unsure if that's related.
I've also noted some faint black spots on his face but they're not the same as what's on the tip of his nose (you'll see in the picture I've attached)
Info:
Male Ambilobe Panther Chameleon
Age: 9 Months
Cage: Mesh Cage 61 X 61 X 122cm
Heating/Light: 100w D3 Basking Bulb and 80w Ceramic Heater(only turn this on when its cold)
Basking Temp: 28-29°C
Ambient Temp: 25-27
Diet: 5 4th inst Locusts daily and a few mealworms dusted with calcium supplement
Thanks for any advice you can give.
