They really are! I have never seen a cham use his back foot to pull shedding skin off of his nose before... My veilds just rub up on the screen, he seems to be a bit limber lol. Much like toddlers!

He is getting a little more brave, but is still very scared of me getting too close. He will drink from the spray bottle in my hand, but forget crickets in my hand! He will be a sweety from what I can tell, though. No aggression, just caution! I can deal with that!
