Baby Yemen care info?

I was thinking about getting a baby veiled from a local breeder. (I have gotten a young one before but it was about 3 weeks and kinda sick so I lost her) Anyway I was wondering if I could get some expert information and advice on how to raise a 7 week old baby veiled.

What I'm mainly after is what temperature should the basking be the temperature of the cage, how many crickets I should feed it, how often should I dust his feeders. With and without D3.

Basking temp: 85 ( for right now)
Dusting: with d3 once or twice a month, without d3 at every feeding :)
How many: right now about 15 a day (give or take)

Wow they are hungry little turds. XP They'll eat more than my pair of leos I had. Anyway a 5.0 UVB right? I'll probably just start buying in bulk.

Sqeeks and Slinko pretty much said what I was going to. The only thing I would add is that you will also want to get a multivitamin and dust the feeders with it twice a month. I use Rep-Cal Herptivite, and I just alternate it and the Calcium with D3 on Sundays. Good luck with your new chameleon! I had the same exact thing happen with my first one. He was 3 weeks old and only lived 10 days. He was just too young and stressed. I got my 'new' one from a forum member when he was 2.5 months old, and it has been a world of difference. He is so healthy! I hope you have better luck with your next one. Just make sure it's a bit older and from a good breeder and you should be fine!

It was a great care sheet but it didn't say anything about a cham younger than a few months...

I'm confused on the basking temp because one link says to make the basking no more than 76 for a baby and another says to keep it 85; I really don't want to fry the little guy. I'm asking all this so I can set up the tank before I get one and have the temperatures correct.
