Here's what I recommend: fill out the following form in its entirety. This is what we ask people to fill out when they are asking for help. Fill it out as though you already have your chameleon. I suggest not looking anything up for help, to really test your knowledge

- Your Chameleon - The species, sex,and age of your chameleon. Howlong has it been in your care?
- Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
- Feeding - What are you feeding yourcham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loadingyour feeders?
- Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products areyou dusting your feeders with andwhat is the schedule?
- Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
- Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recentdroppings. Has this chameleon everbeen tested for parasites?
- History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to helpyou.
Cage Info:
- Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
- Lighting - What brand, model, andtypes of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
- Temperature - What temp rangehave you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
- Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
- Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
- Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
- Location - Where are yougeographically located?

Part one:
Chameleon: Male Veiled Chameleon (Naval Bloodline), 2-3 months old. Time of care: 1 week?
Handling: None yet. When older: Maybe once or twice a week
Food: 1/4 inch crickets for now ( As many as he will eat in 2 or 3 minutes) Schedule: Every day, morning and afternoon. When older: Medium or large crickets, horn worms and super worms. Anywhere from 10 to 15 crickets. Every few days. Every other day in the morning. Gut loading: Veggies and flukers cricket loader.
Supplements: Calcium no D3 every feeding and multivitamin with D3 twice a month. Zoo Med Calcium with no D3 and Reptivite with d3.
Watering: Twice a day. Misted for 5-7 minutes in the morning and 3-5 minutes after school. Plastic cup with pin-holes in the bottom dripping over plants. Drinking: Yes
Fecal Description: Normal looking, brown. Testing: No
History: Nothing
Part two:
Cage: Screen all around. 16 deep by 16 wide by 30 tall (inches)
Lighting: ZooMed and Exo Terra. ReptiSun 5.0 and Intense basking spot 25W. On at 7, off at 7.
Temperature: Basking Spot Approx. 84F. bottom cage: 70-72. Lowest night temp 69-70F. Digital and stick-on thermometer.
Humidity: Morning mist: between 70%-80% falls to about 55% Afternoon Mist: 60%-70%. Overnight: Above or at 50%. Never below 45%. Measure: Humidity Gauge.
Live Plants: Yes, One ficus Tree. Lots of fake vines and sticks.
Placement: In my room, Vents: no, High traffic area: no. Height relative to floor: in-between 3-4ft.
Geographical location: Pennsylvania-east coast.
