A different food every meal from the one preceeding it. As many types of prey as possible over the month.
I keep a detailed log of what mine eat in my blog, if you want to see the "rotation" I use.

Thanks! The worms arent incredibly lively, but they aren't dead. I was trying to hand feed them, put them on branches, anything I possibly could. I will try and add them into his cup tomorrow morning with the crickets he normally eats.

Do you take your cham out for natural sunlight? Now that it is getting cooler out I take him outisde ( I have a large outdoor cage) everyday for about 4 0r 5 hours. We are so lucky to have the warm weather year round!

I have yet to do so? Do you recommend it? He is still young and is kinda skittish when I go to handle him, I keep his enclosure in my room.
