Baby Panther Gender

Hi! What gender do you think this is? I want to say female because I see no hemipenal bulge, but I’m confused because I’m starting to see some VERY slight colors. Also, how old would you say this baby is? (And no, that’s NOT his/her enclosure in the background).

Are you able to get some pics with the tail out straighter? From this angle, it’s hard to tell. I do want to say girl, but really not sure. Btw, our girl panthers can have some amazing colors too. Maybe not as varied or flamboyant as the boys, but still show some colors and are beautiful.
