Its like a seen from Jurassic park. What kind of benefits does Atlas get from eating a fuzzy?
Im no nutritionist ether but I imagine that the fuzzy has plenty of calcium and vitamin A and other things that insects don't have a lot of.I'm not a nutritionist just to say that up front.
I've always been a firm believer going back decades that reptiles eat a huge variety of food items in the wild. Because of that I always try to give my critters a large variety, but we're always limited by what's available and the size of the animal in question. In the case of a Parson, I've always said they eat whatever fits. if they don't want it, they won't eat it.
Insects only provide so much nutrition, personally I know that a large predatory animal like a Parson will eat other lizards, very small birds, and the occasional mouse fuzzy. All things in moderation.
Now on a different perspective, it has been fairly well documented that meat eating humans have gotten taller or bigger than say those who just eat fish. In this case I'm not trying to get Atlas to supersize himself, I'm just making sure he has a varied diet instead of always trying to make up for a lack of a varied diet by using powder supplements.
Oh my goodness! A mouse?!? My Chloe is fierce with crickets and worms....didn't know some types would devour a small mouse!! That's impressive right thereYes... Atlas got his monthly bit of meat protein. One pre-killed fat fuzzy mouse going down the hatch.

Atlas needs a girlfriend!
His owner needs some spare cash for that.
