at what age do panthers start to show their colours?

I got this little guy a couple weeks back now, he was sold to me as a nosy mitsio but so far all I see is green, red and purple or brown lol. I'm thinking he could turn out to be an ambilobe or some cross perhaps? Anyways here's a photo of him recently and if anyone could have a guess at his age it'd be most appreciated lol hes about 2-2.5 inches snout to vent at the moment

I would guess he's about 3-4 months. They really start to show color around 6 months. I can't comment on locale though.
