Asparagus for guy load

Man I bought some asparagus for dinner and instead of throwing away the ends that I cut off I diced them up real small and gave it to the crickets. They went absolutely nuts for them. They were digging through the guy load to pick them out and carry them away to eat them. Who would have thunk they would love them so much !

LOL! I had some too and was thinking about this as I was tossing them in
the trash!!
I looked at Sandra's gutload blog, but didn't see any mention of asparagus.
So, I decided not to risk it.

As everyone knows, asparagus has a rather pungent natural chemical in it that comes out in the urine.
I don't know what it is, but so I decided to just toss it
Does seem like a waste!!
