Are these bulbs for heating and UV? (PICS)

I recently got a great deal on craigslist that included 3 screen cages, 2 mistking pumps, 15 nozzles, 6 light bulbs, fixtures and tubings, all for $225. My question are for the bulbs. 2 small ones are exo terra's sun glo 50 & 75W and the other says Zoo Med Powersun U.V. Is the zoo med for uv lighting or do I still need the tubilar florescent light. The seller said that the Zoo Med cost $50 alone, is that true?(currently using reptisun 5.0).

These do provide uv and heat. I still prefer to use two seperate bulbs though. They last around a year if not longer and can only be checked with a solarmeter. I would only use them on veiled and panthers as they may give off too much uv for other species.
