Are red runners safe for panther chameleons?

Wondering if red runners are safe for panther chameleons, I know Dubai roaches are safe but I don't know about red runners. If someone could let me know that would be great! thanks ^_^

They are awesome my chams love them... But only cup feed them or hand feed them... You don't want those little bugs running around your house

Awesome, how many do you feed him a day, and also what do you keep them in, cause unlike crickets i DO mind if they get loose around my house. lol

Whats a red runner? I fed Argentine roaches to my Chams, they were red. Is that what you mean?

Cup feed or hand feed only these thing can infest your house. Feed as much as you would crickets

Yeah that's were I got mine. I was just tired and was showing what they were ...lol

Yes the yare safe for chameleons. They actually love them

WARNING:
They are fast as all get out and can jump flutter fly. Nymphs can climb smooth surfaces.
