Aquazamp still in buisness?

I ordered something from Aquazamp, and its been a few days. Their phone number isnt in service, and they do not answer my emails. Are they still in business?

I ordered a rain dome and it took a while to ship. If you go to the Aquazamp website there is a way to send a message. Someone on this forum said he was having some sort of family issues. The phone number didn't work for me either.

I received everything I ordered it just took 2 weeks to ship.

Sorry I should have said I'm wanting to know when it ships out. 2 weeks for yours? Wow, I actually need my system really soon. This is just bad.

The owner of AquaZamp is a member on the forums, maybe he will chime in. I know there has been some issues over the last year in regards to communication and prompt shipping. I too have heard family issues as the reason for this. I have their raindome sytem and it is amazing. I am sure it will come, may take a couple days.
