Anyone used the seconds timer from MistKing?

Reason im asking is I just installed a MistKing misting system in my setup. It is awesome!!! I programmed the seconds timer and set it to auto, it turned on at the first programmed time but when it turned off the seconds timer reset itself to all original settings. Time, programed times and all. Did I do something wrong? Has this happened to anyone else? I bought this setup so that I had some peace of mind when im at work, but now im a bit uneasy.

Have you tried reset ? If it still doesn't work, may be a dudd. Email me your details and I'll get a new one out to you.
