Anyone in Dallas area able to rescue 3 veiled chameleons?

I saw an ad on craigslist today and a guy has 3 veiled chameleons. 1 male / 2 females. I asked for pics and he sent them to me. He wants 110 for all 3 and the cages (cages aren't amazing and it doesn't look like they have uvb). I am really debating on rescuing them, but I'm not sure if I can at the moment. I am going to Dallas this weekend, but I'm having doubts about being able to take them in at the moment (mainly buying a new cage and plants and uvb bulbs)

If you are in the Dallas area and want the info on the chameleons I can forward the email with the pics to you etc.

Once again they aren't in great condition. He said in the post he is low on money at the moment and has been feeding them sparsely. It looks like they have no uvb and the trees they are on are all dead.
