Anyone got pics of Mistking Mounting plates installed?

are you talking about the black acrylic rectangular plate??? i ordered one to help mount my mistking and i'm not sure how it goes either.. i get the lagre hole in the middle but what about the smaller holes (2) on either side of it?
what's the deal with them?
