Hi some friends and I went hiking yesterday and we found a beautiful spider, and i would love to know what kind of spider is it? there's two pics, unfortunately all i had was my cellphone camera with me yesterday :/

What is your location? That would definitely help Pics are blurry but it seems to be some type of crab spider. At least that is what I make of it

Ins Ensenada Baja California, Mexico. about 140 miles below San Diego i forgot to take my camera with me...

First guess is some sort of orb weaver but a better look at the chelicerae, thorax and eye pattern would help.
