I don't really understand what you are describing, but you want to dust them so they are lightly coated, they SHOULDN'T look like ghosts. What I do is I have a cricket keeper and I take out a tube and knock as many feeders as I'm going to use in a cup ( I use an empty superworm cup because of the lid). After I get them in there, I use the tip of a key to grab just a pinch of the supplement, put the lid on the cup and shake it up. then you can use the cup for feeding or just toss them in your enclosure.

I use an empty folgers can for crickets and a red 16oz party cup for dubias. I can see how using a ziplock bag would be a pain. With a cup or can you can just put a pinch of powder in the bottom, add your feeders then swirl the can/cup around to dust the feeders. Then tap the crix/roaches into the cage to free range or into the feeder cup. Make sure you are dusting lightly. The feeders should not be like they were rolled in flour. Just a hint of dust on them is better. Over supplementing can be just as dangerous as not dusting at all. JMO

I totally agree. My vet says over dusting is worse than under dusting.

Be sure to have all three of your supplements.....plain calcium, Calcium with D3 and the multi vit.

sorry for my wording yea i guess it was justt more about the amount of supplements used when dusting and ill admit its been to much so i will now use a much smaller amount.I have all three.I wont keep the thread going to much because i put it in the wrong sections but cal without d3 every morn -1st and 3rd sat of each month cal with d3-2n and 4th sat with mulit-vit
