I've never seen her she'd ever not once

My boy sheds quick he's done and back to his business being normal in about 5 to 8 hours when he does so maybe you just missed it while working or whatever

I agree with the above, you may want to try much smaller crickets and it may eat more/grow more. You say large so I am assuming adult. Based on the picture you really want more like 3/8"-1/2".

They are about half an inch they call them large her although I've seen some big ass crickets
