Acting weird after shed

My Jackson's chameleon shed for the first time (since i've had him) about a week ago and he has been eating very little since, he's about 10 months old. I tried feeding him butter and silk worms along with crickets, but no go and i've only seen him eat about 4-5 crickets over the last week. Is it normal for them to lose a bit of their appetite after shedding? Also, he's been climbing all over the cage screen non stop so he is still really active and drinking water every day. Any suggestions?

I have heard that cultured blue bottle flies are a favorite of jacksons. I would try and get some of those or a flying type feeder to break his slump. I know it works with panthers every time.

same thing

my veiled is 4 months old and is acting the same way. he shedded this morning and is about done. he has been way more active and less interested in food. how is yours now?

its completely normal they dont eat that much because they are irritated kind of like when you are when u get a sun burn and your skin is peeling?and they move around a lot to try and get the skin off
