im going to be getting an ac for my room and i want to know if this is going to be bad for my chameleon?

I'd be a little concerned that it lowers the humidity too much...

Dont let the air drafts hit him.. Humidity shouldnt be a problem if you are misting enough. I have an A/C vent in my cham room and nothing happens..its humid enough.

i thought they said that it is good to have an ac in my room so my panther wont feel to hot?

AC are great for lowering temperatures in a chameleon room. If you live in an area where it has a hot ambient temperature this is going to allow you to work with species that prefer cooler temperatures. The main problem as stated before is your going to have to look into ways to keep the humidity high. As that is normally another requirement for keeping species that prefer cooler temperatures.
