Abnormal poop from sick chameleon (Photos)

the history of my chameleons sickness is pretty detailed in my other threads that you can read up on if you would like. Long story short a unqualified vet prescribed wet food for my malnourished and eye infected chameleon. The wet food was for felines and dogs, so after feeding my chameleon with this for two days I start to notice very odd behaviors and a bright white stripe running from his lips down his sides is now dominant in his appearances. Any who noticed this in my chams poop and snapped a photo. Any idea on wth it is?

Looks like poop to me. No blood or orange or chunkies, white thing is urate it should be white. They can be extra runny depending on the diet (mine gets runny with enough caterpillars). At for the stripe dont its side, thats normal. each species has its own line patterns. Mines white line looks line looks like moris code.

the white part was dryed up though? idk if the picture can justify the detail well enough but you can kinda see it in the photo. I spent over 500 dollars so far in vet bills and at the most minimal results. They are bastards and excuse my french but what vet claims that they can treat a panther chameleon and then while I am waiting to be seen by the specialist I am informed that she is brushing up on information about chameleons! and the vet did not even know how to properly hold a chameleon to prevent injuries to the neck while examining the eye. ON TOP OF THAT SHE GAVE ME DOG FOOD TO FEED TO MY CHAMELEON! sorry i just needed to rant for a moment.

The white part is actually a sperm plug, which is often excreted with faeces. I do not see a urate... Check the plants! I wouldn't think illness based on the pic you provided.

Sounds like it's time for a new vet.

Are you still giving dog food? Sorry if the answer is in another thread. Can I suggest bug juice? Can help you with this if you don't already know to make it.

Stopped the RS recovery *stopped it immediately on the second day after red flags started going off on his behavior after feedings
I tried making the bug juice but failed sorta....I couldn't get all the bugs mashed up enough to not clog my syringe. Since my Male chameleons eyes cleared up a little I started feeding him crickets by hand and waxworms/ super worms. I might add that he is also not willingly eating so I get him hissing at me, by (GENTLY) touching his back. He is getting very malnourished, and this has been an extravagant and costly battle for three months now. I am starting to lose my hope ): I got a vet that I talked to personally that says she has dealt with many chameleons and exotic reptiles. So on Monday I'll give you guys the update. Do you know of any health issues that will come from malnutrition? Or an eye infection?
