3 month old Blue Bar Panther - Male or Female?

I'm having a hard time telling if its a male or female. I have had 3 people say its male and 3 people say its female. Still can't tell! Please help Thank you so much.

i believe its a male because there is a slight bulge near the base of the tail

Without a doubt - that is a male. Very defined bulge.

I notice that you are using dome lights. Please consider changing to a UVB fluorescent fixture such as the Reptisun 10.0 UVB OR Arcadia 12%. The dome/coil UVB lighting provides very little UVB, is harsh on their eyes and realistically they have to be sitting directly below it to get any benefit. Fluorescent lighting is much stronger and spread out more.
