1st shed!

After owning my little guy, Hank Williams Jr., for just under a month, I get to come home from work and find him shedding! I believe Hank is about 3 months old and he is still quite small, so I know this is the first of many! I really hope he hits a spurt and starts to look like some of the big guys I've seen on here. By the way, when do they normally start to show their colors and patterns? I've seen Hank have a few dark stripes, but nothing crazy yet. The first picture is from last night and the following two are from today. He doesn't seem to be too interested in eating at the moment, but I'm sure his appetite will return once he's done.

Still looking sweet - He looks a little small for a 3 month old (hard to be sure of course ), but by 4 months you should start to see some real patterns coming through. Shedding does affect the appetite a bit, how much does he eat normally?

Thanks, dude! I could be completely wrong about his age. When I bought him I was told that he was 6-8 weeks old. I've only had him about a month, so I would not be disappointed to hear that he is younger than I am assumed him to be. I try to feed him twice a day and I usually drop in about 7-10 small crickets at each feeding. He doesn't usually eat them all so I would say he probably eats about 7-10 crickets a day. Should I be feeding him more?

I'm using repashy bug burger too at the moment, which seems to be going down very well.
