All Passiflora have toxic compounds including cyanogenic glucosides, and should be kept out of animal enclosures. Butterflies such as the Gulf Frittilary, that feeds on passionflowers, have caused reptile deaths.

I don't think it is prudent to use Solanum sp. in animal enclosures. Solanum alkaloids have many negative effects on animal physiology, especially if eaten regularly.
