I suggest putting a plant in the shower and pointing the shower head at the wall, allowing the mist to fall on your cham. This helped out mine when he had eye problems.

Not sure about mega ray, but I can tell you from first hand experience the power sun has a good chance of blinding your cham. My cham would sleep during the day and not eat. Took it out and a week later he was back to normal. But I guess some people have had good luck with them. I just wouldn't...
