    Vitamin A deficiency

I gave him the steamed carrots when he had a deficiency and I give it to him now so that the deficiency doesn't happen again. Thanks for the advice. I'll not give it to him so often. :)

If you ever plan on giving bigger pieces of carrots then I would steam them first. it helps a lot.

    Do nails grow back

I think that the nail got caught on something. Do you have anything in your cage that could make that possible. (Besides the netting of course) :)

    Something possibly in chameleons eye

That’s what I meant by saying “don’t handle unless needed.” Really you shouldn’t have to him for more than five to ten minutes. That’s what I did when mine was sick and look at him now.

With all that’s happening he must be very stressed so unless needed don’t handle him. :)

    Interesting Colors

I have a veiled but he never has turned white before. How cool. But your Cham was just spooked by something in the yard. Probably like a fat squirrel.

I tried to put a hat on my veiled but he just threw it off. How do you get him to keep it on.

    Waterfall for chameleon?

Waterfalls are good for moisture but can introduce bacteria to the cage. I wouldn’t go with a waterfall but that’s just me.
