    How long does a panther stay buried when laying eggs?I know it varies,but do they some time stay down for a couple if days?

    These black spots just randomly showed up in my panther.They are not thermal burns,as the basking area is 85 degrees.The heat source is out of reach of her.She is eating and drinking fine,and acts normal.

    This area of concern is right at the top of spine area.temps is basking area is around 80f.is there anything I should be putting on this?

    Her cage is on top of a large tote with the top soil in it.i will give her a little time,and then I will pull the cage off and put her in the soil with a ventilated top on it.I am still not 100% sure the tunnel had collapsed.The soil was moist and able to hold a tunnel.i just kinda freaked out...

    Thanks for your response,I will get some more pictures when he gets a little bigger.One question though,1 cham(the one in the picture)is noticeably bigger then the other one.Is that typical of male baby panthers to be bigger then females?
