I personally use Jannb's blog for chameleon care and SandraChameleons blogs for feeder gutloading. I believe they both much more then that in their blogs however.

1) Best brand?
2) Do both ends heat up? (Meaning the adhesive side and non adhesive side)
3) Best wattage?

Get rid of old food, no substrate (cant find the babies anyway with it) and add in mealworms to eat decaying matter. I always remove dead roaches. Fresh orange slices every 2 days, alfalfa, seeds (raw), and wet gutloads (veggies) the list goes on for food check out sandra's list...
