    Veiled egg question.

Lady B just laid her first set of good eggs (buried some slugs a few months ago). These are good because I got to see the "DEED" with her and her mate. She put out 61 eggs, all good shape, color and size. I have them seperated into 4 containers 16 in one and 15 in the other three. Eggs are...

I'm in San Diego and was wondering if anyone knew where to find a breeder/seller for a f. verrucosus. I have a female that's about 8-10 months right now that I got at LLL Reptile in Escondido? I checked at the show at Del Mar this year but didn't find one. Would like to find her a mate. I...

How do you deal with vacations??

Possibly find someone in your area (with the same interests ie: raising chameleons) that could take them while you are gone, or check with your local reptile store. I have the same problem and am living in San Diego. Luckily my brother lives close by and comes over to care for my (kids)...

Anyone going to San Diego IRBA?

Went there today. It's a pretty good show, most of the species that you can find in the reptile stores are the same that is there. Waiting for the International show in September that's in Anaheim. Still worth going to San Diego to get the basics.

    Sexing of a Verrucosus?

I have a young Verrucosus (spiny/warty) chameleon. I have seen a male at about 1yr old and this one looks quite different. Not as many spikes, colors, or a defined skull/head structure. Is there a definate way of sexing these species. Is it possible that it is just still young and has not...
