I've been reading on here and souds like my cham but a little different. He has been sleeping a lot during the day. He still has his colors, but lathargic. He also has 2 bulges by his tail. One on either side. He also has not been eating at all.

do i need to mist the vermiculite??

I just put the eggs in a container with vermiculite......do I keep the vermiculite moist and do I cover the top or leave the top of the bowl open

yea i probably will just put them in a container on the shelf....i have been fidgiting with this incubator for a week now, and just can't get it where I want it to be......i have some old country crock tubs I can use.....so vermiculite...not hatchrite....or would hatchrite be alright to use??

also, i cant get the temp of the hovabator to go below 80-85.....will that be alright for veilds

yea that was my question too, also, I do or do not keep the substrate moist.....even though i put water in the bottom of the hovabator in the reservoirs.

also what should the temp and the humidity stay at??

I recently bought a hovabator from someone, but it didn't come with any instructions....can anyone help me out with the details on it...it has a small fan on it too if that helps... i think my cham is going to lay her eggs this week and I wanted to make sure everything is good to go by testing...

Achmed is not eating his crix........since I started feeding him super worms, I can't get him to eat anymore crix......I have been leaving some in there around the clock to see if they disappear, but they don't....any helpful insight??

I just got a new enclosure from LLL......it is 24x24x48.......the question is.....how does everyone attach things....vines, limbs and others to the sides...i tried with twist ties, and they don't really go through to easily, and then I tried just metal wire, but when I tied it down, it started...

i didn't know that, yea he ate about 3 of them and about 7 super worms today........probably will try and get him on a schedule of the super worms and crix and then put another variety in there

yea there are no questions now.....he devoured the super worms and wax worms like it was his job.....it was more fun to watch him go after them than the crix

i know there are other things to feed them, i was just wandering if they will naturally take to them even though they have been fed crix solely?
