I forgot to mention but another reason we cut it out was because we noticed a couple small white worms around the opening of the egg. I checked on the little one this morning and he is still in the same position as last night. I dont think it made it...
So I couldnt wait anymore and I cut the baby out of the egg. It was fully formed, moving and lifting its head, and has sone really nice patterns. After about 30 minutes, he stopped moving but I can still see his little heart beating in his chest. I put it in a seperate container from the other...
I bought 2 panther eggs from a breeder in my area. I have been closet incubating and they are between 5 and 6 mo ths old. I noticed a couple days ago it shrank and dimpled and let out a clear, sticky liquid. Its been 3 days now and I can see the tip of what im assuming is the face. Its hasnt...
So i have a panther egg that has piped and leaked a sticky clear fluid. The egg has shrunk and dimpled. I can see the very tip of what id assume is the face. Its been this way for almost 3 days with no change but the area around it seems to still be from the clear liquid. Should i try cutting...
Again with that patience thing :). Its a Panther egg I got from a forum member. I can see the baby and its SLOWLY come out a little more since yesterday.
Since i have a veteran's attention, I posted a thread about an egg i have that is currently hatching. Its been 2 full days and all i can see coming from the egg is the tip of the babies face. Is there anything i should do if its not out within the next day or 2?
Even though he shed earlier this month? It also has a "shine" around it. Im learning that you need to have a lot of patience with these little guys. I worry too much :)

Noticed this morning that the slit is towards the bottom of the egg and I can see a little bit of the baby! Its been 24 hours now and it could take up to 3 days for it to come out right?
I just got home and it still looks the same. Is there anything i should do or just leave it for now? Ive never had eggs before so i just want to make sure everything seems normal.
So last night, this egg was round and full. Today however, it is deflated and leaking. It just hit the 6 month mark last week. Im hoping this is a good sign and a baby is on the way. I bought 2 panther eggs from a breeder on this forum and have been closet incubating them. Im anxious to get home...
I purchased 2 panther eggs from a forum member who lives about an hour from me for $50 each. They were about 4 1/2 months old at the time and are close to 6 months now. Anxiously waiting for these little guys or girls. So far so good....
Very nice looking guy you got there. AMAZING stuff at the show today. I wish I lived a little closer because I would definitely go back. Never thought id be so excited to buy roaches, worms, and cage accessories lol
Sorry for the really late response. He would mostly nap towards the top, in his basking spot. It was never a "nap", almost like he was dozing off and then waking up again. I got him from a guy selling babies from his house. By no means was he a breeder. The little guy is now 3 months old. I...
