Again with that patience thing :). Its a Panther egg I got from a forum member. I can see the baby and its SLOWLY come out a little more since yesterday.

Since i have a veteran's attention, I posted a thread about an egg i have that is currently hatching. Its been 2 full days and all i can see coming from the egg is the tip of the babies face. Is there anything i should do if its not out within the next day or 2?

Even though he shed earlier this month? It also has a "shine" around it. Im learning that you need to have a lot of patience with these little guys. I worry too much :)

Noticed this morning that the slit is towards the bottom of the egg and I can see a little bit of the baby! Its been 24 hours now and it could take up to 3 days for it to come out right?

Its a thick, gooey, milky liquid. I didnt notice any sweating before it happened but I could have missed it.

I purchased 2 panther eggs from a forum member who lives about an hour from me for $50 each. They were about 4 1/2 months old at the time and are close to 6 months now. Anxiously waiting for these little guys or girls. So far so good....
