i have my cham Budweiser in a very active basement and he always stays awake at night when i am downstairs playing pool. i just drapped a sheet over the cage but air can still get in. Does anyone think this is a problem or it is perfectly fine? i want my bud to get proper sleep

I was just watching my panther cham Budweiser on his basking branch, and i saw him rub his right eye on the branch, then he winked his eye a few times and rolled it inside his head then popped it back out. He was only doing this with one eye. Any ideas what this can be, or just normal. Thanks
