Ok I found Discoid Roaches are the answer to my question. They are legal in FL and can't fly but breed well. :)

It's illegal to own Dubai Roaches in Florida. Every website I've checked absolutely will not ship to me...what buzz kill! I was going to start a colony before my panther got here. Are there any roaches that are legal to own and still offer quality protein and breeding like the Dubai?
