The vet tried to wash it with a small syringe. She flushed the water under the eyelid, but all that saline just went thrue his nose. She is not real reptile vet, but really love them and trying to learn. At least she was brave enough to try, which is rare here.

The problem is still here.The right eye with skin left on it, can't move or close. I am giving him hot showers for two days, but it doesen't help.Are there anyone who has idea what to do?
It is a clean cage. I am really all day around him.

Actually, I've changed spot light today and put 60w house bulb. I am only concerned how to protect him from eye infection.

Breeder had a strange way to make difference between sexes. She looked skin on the neck under the mouth, looking for pink-redish color of skin. Females have pink skin and males no, she said. I never heard of that :confused:, and couldn't be sure if she picked a right guy.
