ok, here we are , a live update since im getting so many quick responses............this is jude's tail right now, after more shed has fallen off..............am i seeing something that isnt there? do they normally have markings like this? this is my first panther, so i dont really know.............

hello all :) i have been noticing that Jude ( 8 month old male panther) has been having some wrinkly skin lately......within the last week or so.......with jack ( my old veiled) the vets told me that loose, wrinkly skin can mean dehydration..........but judes poo's are all normal, pure white...

ok, so my question is..................why does the coil light cause chams to die..............does it put out too much UV? does it always cause death/blindness? in all cases? if they are so horrible, why are they still being sold...........to be honest, its hard to come by a linear tube UV...

hello all :) just looking for some insight on how warm the basking temps should be in a young adult male panther chams' cage.........we just set up a large cage for Jude....all screen....100 gallon.......set up horizontally and placed on a high table........but we added two additional lights...
