I have a vertical cage with one of those rocklike styrofoam backgrounds and i've heard u can put leaf chameleons in those. I was just wondering how u would go about doing that. like u no how would i set it up substrate, plants stuff like that. cause these are chameleons ive never had before

I have 2 red and black walking frogs but they are sooo slooow and i need to change their water but they are in it constantly and if i try to coax them to go out they go so slowly and they just dont make it out and i dont want to push them cause they might get hurt. any ideas of how to get them out?
