Does the low D mean there is no or low D3? Not familiar with it, and curious. My limited knowledge suggests that you want a no D3 calcium daily.

Just like suppliments for humans, you must ask what problem are you trying to solve. If you cant think of the problem, then you shouldnt take the suppliment.

I think this was a mistype. #2 should say "What you should be doing is calcium without D3 EVERY day // calcium ***with*** D3 twice a month // and multivitamin twice a month." D3 used 2x per month.
