So a little up date on him. I was told he most likely is at the end of his life cycle and is on a down hill roll now. The first day I got him I was able to get him to drink a little bit and he almost ate a superworm. But after that day he refuses to drink move or anything. I called around to a...
Thank you he is. I’m hoping he pulls through and I can either find him a proper home that knows what they are doing or if I can scrape together what he needs
So he has been moving around a lot lately on the tree. Both eyes are open today but he still can’t eat yet. He still doesn’t act like a normal Cham either. He doesn’t try to run from me or hiss or anything but watching me. I still need to find a way to get him a cage and proper lighting. Right...
I’m looking into that vet food they give to reptiles when they don’t eat normally. He is showing better signs today though he has both eyes open and his right one is still a little swollen but no ooz. He does want to eat because when I show him a roach he tracks it but it seems like he can’t...
I called my buddy that owned one but he said I need to take him to a vet he has no way of helping him. Right now I have a dwarf money tree that he is in with a heat lamp I’m borrowing from my Asian box turtle.
So yesterday someone dropped off a Cham on my door step(in my neighborhood I’m well known to keep chams). The person put him in a box with not heat pad no nothing. They did not leave a cage or lights or anything for the poor guy. He is extremely dehydrated, his eyes are swollen shut and his...
Mrs freya got a upgraded house. I hope she will like it. It’s a 18x18x36 with tons of vines and leaves and branches lol. I also put it up higher so she can feel like she is in the trees. Let me know what you guys think.
For the past 4 days my male and my female have spotted each other and they both sit on the side of their enclosures where they can see each other. They are not stressing each other because he is showing his bright colors and same with my girly. I will attach a pic of her this morning.
My male can’t stand me for some reason I have tried and tried to earn his trust but he wants nothing to do with it. My female on the other hand will walk right out onto my arm with no worries.
She is making sure it’s the right temp, moisture, and depth to house her babies. This is her labor period just like humans it doesn’t take 20 min for the baby to just pop out.
She eats like a pig and her urates are white. Right now she doesn’t have them but I will try to take a pic of her when she is. Every time I’m in front of her cage she is her normal colors
Thanks guys that’s what I figured as well. But I don’t understand what’s making her act like this. The only time she don’t have the spots is either because I’m standing right there or I’m feeding her. Should I raise her temp of her basking spot?
