Thank you everyone for all the links. I'll read through everything.
Does everything think he'll be ok as long as I only use calcium for a few weeks and make sure he's getting enough water? Or should I call my vet first thing in the morning?
I'm currently in panic mode right now, since this is something I caused. I'll definitely make sure he has more then enough drinking opportunities the next few weeks. Is there anything else I should do or that you recommend? Do you have any idea how long he might not want to eat from something...
Oh my gosh, have I totally gotten them mixed up?! Uggggh. I'm so upset with myself right now. What should I do if I've been overdosing him on d3 and vit a. Do I need to make a vet appointment?
Earlier this year I posted about my chameleon. He went on a 3.5 month hunger strike. We were constantly at the vet, getting bloodwork done, x-rays, ultrasounds, and the vet could never find anything wrong. He started randomly eating on his own again and we haven't had a problem since last month...
Thank you!
So, a local chameleon breeder told me to switch to the Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 HO T5 UVB Lamp. I had the 5.0 bulb, I had been using the 5.0 since I got him. I messaged them around the time he stopped eating and did the switch then. So, I should switch back? It’s the single fixture...
I replaced it March 7th.
Ok! I think what I have now is just Repashy Calcium Plus. So I need to switch that out for Calcium Plus LoD? And that is used twice a month?
Sure! Please excuse my guy, he got excited and thought he could escape. I have the Reptisun HO, my basking bulb, and one ceramic heat because my vet wants him to have another warm spot.
When he was eating on his own, I used the Calcium without D3 daily and bee pollen daily. I would use Calcium with D3 twice a month. And Multivitamin twice a month. I used the Herptivite for a long time, but someone told me to stop using it and use the Repashy calcium + vitamins twice a month...

That’s the thing, he ate right away when moved to his small hospital bin. He’s now back in his normal cage and it has almost been 3 weeks since he’s eaten.

I have 3 temp gauges in there, and one of them is located right under the basking spot. After you posted this I went out and got another vine and made it so he could get closer to the T5 lighting.
So, I shouldn't run the fogger any during the day? Only at night?
I was using the ceramic...
