I got this girl around 5 months ago. She was meant as a girlfriend for Eddie before he passed away. Since then I've gotten a conure and have been putting a good bit of time into him. Thus I'm wanting to get rid of this girl because I really don't have as much time as I'd like for everybody...
I had the same problem. I'd leave a cup full of dubs in there and they would just stay until I took them out. I eventually tried just throwing them in the cage. Maybe the thrill of the hunt, or just boredom, finally got my guy to take a bite. Ever since I've had no problems
some full bodies for ya. shes been kinda aggrevated because I've been taking her out twice a day for the eye drops so it was hard to get some good pics. she's 8 months old
the more crowded the plants are the more comfortable he will feel and less stress. also it helps to keep the humidity high while still having good air flow.
i believe he is flushing the mucus out of his eye if I remember correctly what the vet said. Their nasal cavity and ocular cavity are connected, so its literally like "eye boogers". I see mine doing it every so often, especially if theyre showering under the mister and get water in their eye
thank you, and no I don't have any recent pics of her but I will take some tomorrow. She's the most friendly cham I've ever seen. Shes never bitten, or even tried, and has only open mouth "scary-faced" me once in the 3 months ive had her. I'll try and get some pics up tomorrow though, maybe...

i know to wait to breed females until they are at least a year, but have heard of females become fertile as early as 6 months. my question is, even if you do not breed them, can/will a female veiled/panther produce eggs before a year old?
thats pretty dag gom funny...we call them buggies round my way and have tons of fireflies bahahaha. good to know though. I've been thinking of making a free range on the back porch..guess it'll have to be full enclosed first
a glowing chameleon would be pretty cool though, eh?
you have to push the safety valve forward and then pull the hose out...its a safety lock
by using brute force you may have broken the lock...thus rendering it useless
