If I take her outside to sun, and patiently drip water from my spray gun on her nose, Skeeta WILL drink for me. Other than that I haven't really seen her drink (or eat for that matter) in nearly 3 years. Pendergast, on the other-hand, eats from tweezers easily. As long as they are healthy...

You could check out http://x-tremeexotics.piczo.com They've got several species of chams (including pygs) and ship in Ontario. Never dealt with 'em but worth a peek at least. Good luck on your hunt!

I use the old 5.0s when I replace our Jackson's lights. (waste not want not) Use your imagination when building the screen top. Just make sure there aren't big gaps the feeders (or pygmys themselves) can escape through. I lost one a few months ago and thought he was a goner ... but found him...
