Interesting! though I can totally see that fact. My chameleon will sleep in the same spot for like a month or two then change it up and find a new spot to sleep!

I have read that if you have a huge enclosure like the size of a bedroom (free ranging) that it is possible, but even then you would need to have separate uvb and basking spots. (even though you'd probably need to set a side two cages or make a barrier so that no fighting happens etc.)

I stopped using those cricket keepers for the gap reason! I had found the small crickets escaping through those cracks, so I decided to make my own out of a bin and some aluminum screen. Brought the crickets smell down and had not escapes

Yes exactly there's no gentle way around it. I believe that there are certain things that can be added to a conversation that can help relax it, and theres certain things that can easily offend people. I find that using "..." is one of them.

Wow thanks for all of your information that you gave me :) I think ill start feeding only three times a week. like a another member also suggested. I have calcium powder, calcium d3, and a vitamin powder. D3 and the vitamin i do like 1-2 times a month ect.

Thanks for your reply :) Would I cut down his food intake from skipping a day to skipping every two days? I just don't want to starve him. what do you normally do with your chameleons for feeding wise?

Oh no :( maybe it got caught on something, but wasn't enough to pull the nail out? OR if you keep live feeders in the cage its possible she received a bite? If anything I would keep an eye on it, if its still not going down book an exotic vet appt.

Okay gotcha! never knew that! I wish I could feed Carlo roaches, though I believe in Canada they are considered illegal. (not 100% sure but that's what i have heard)
