    Casque Burn

I had a similar problem with my cham, Thorium RIP. I would recommend another vet visit (another vet altogether). Silvadene would be great to have on hand in general and is great for burns. I would gently wipe it clean every morning and apply silvadene twice daily until the area is healed...

    white mark on back?

That honestly looks like it might be an infection of some sort. I am currently battling a fungal infection and it looks similar to that infection. It could also be bacterial. I would recommend you seeing a vet, fungal infections can get out of hand really fast, and they are hard to heal...

Thorium and his never ending infections

I've had Thorium now for 13 months. He developed a burn at about 8 months and recovered with silvadene and baytril. He then developed a bacterial and fungal infection from a stuck shed that was being fought with baytril, tinactin, silvadene, and intraconazole. Nothing seemed to be working...

    Thorium update

I'll make sure to give him extra access to water. He's been drinking like a horse lately, so at least his instinct has kicked in!

    Thorium update

I believe that is what we are using. I don't have it in front of me right now. He's only been on the anti-fungal for four days now. I was told by the vet it may take several weeks to really work.

    Thorium update

Thorium recently went to the vet for a possible infection on his back and front left arm. He was diagnosed with a bacterial and fungal infection. He was prescribed baytril for the bacterial infection and a mix of silvadene and lamasil AT for the fungal infection. The Baytril has helped...

    Infection?

If he's not going to the vet until Wednesday how does the neosporin effect the results three days from now? I assumed to keep the infection reduced an antibiotic temporarily could only help, but not harm.

    my chamelian

It looks like your cham has severe MBD. Do you use a UVB light? Do you supplement with calcium with and without D3? What about a herptivite?
