I am thinking of purchasing a milk frog in the next couple of months. Does anyone have any experience with these creatures? Any tips, pictures, advice, suggestions, ect?

That's why I have you guys. That big male is super chill. Mine would never go for that.

    Mississauga Reptile Expo!

I love that show. Since it is filmed and takes place in near by Toronto, I figured that they would have some kind of cross-over event. ;) The convention looks cool but I don't have a passport and I doubt customs would let me bring animals back. I would like to hear about it and see...

    Mississauga Reptile Expo!

It looks like I am 558 miles from Toronto. I thought it was closer. Do you need a passport to travel between Canada and US now? What is the show like? Do you think the kids from Degrassi will be there?

    Central Indiana Reptile Shows

You are right, this one was smaller. I'm not sure if people are not used to it being on Saturday's now or if the Patio Show and the Gun Show that were also at the Fair Grounds hindered it in someway. I wish admission was cheaper also. By the time we pay 3$ for admission into the gate and 2...

I see what you mean. I think your chameleon will still get the benefit of the rest of your cage. He may only be getting that light in certain parts of your cage but that should be enough. He should still explore and play in the rest of the cage. When he's ready to soak up some rays he'll...

    Color..

That sounds about right. It is really fun to watch their colors and patterns change slightly with each new shed. You should post some pictures of your cham's evelution.

    Central Indiana Reptile Shows

I live in Indianapolis and am lucky to have access to reptile conventions each month. I noticed no one has mentioned the Midwest Reptile Show for sometime on the forum. I go every month and I love the place. They usually have supplies for as cheap as you are going to find them anywhere. This...

    24x24x48 and Reptisun 10.0

My breeder specifically recomended the 5.0 The 10's can cause eye damage in some creatures. That doesn't mean it will every time, but better safe than sorry.

how much to feed 5 month old veiled.

We put the super worms in a small "creature container" with the stuff they already come packaged with. It's a substance that looks kind of like dry oats. Anyone know what it's called? We then add a little Flukers High Calcium Cricket Diet and Flukers Calcium Fortified Cricket Quencher as a...

    What substrate to use?

Before we got the cocunut fiber we used pebbles. I thought it worked well. An idea for folks who are adverse to substrate.

how much to feed 5 month old veiled.

Unfortunately, meal worms are no good for chams. Super worms work fine. They look like giant meal worms. They are most likely too big for your cham now though. Other than small crickets and wax worms, most insects that are good for your cham are too big for juveniles to eat. Make sure you...
