Yea that's mbd, go see a vet! You will need a large amount of uvb for the little guy to recover! Go see a vet and they will diagnose him, take xrays, set bones, and give you instruction to reverse the mbd. I'm so sorry to say he will never be the same but they can make am almost full recovery...

Try to put her in she shower on a plant and run pretty warm water out of the shower head and angle it at the shower wall so it creates a fine mist, this might help flush her eye out. I'd there any crust or discoloration, if so I would consult a vet, it could be n an eye infection!
