The chicken wire is big enough for him to climb and the screen which is a fiberglass coated screen grey in color is recessed far enough back he won't hit it with his claws. We did the chicken wire because he is already missing a decent amount of claws due to tiny screening. If the screen wears...
Just an update on progress, after some winter weather finally got the poly on. 4 coats later looking good. Started to also throw screen on as well, did a double layer of mesh and than chicken wire.
We picked this bad boy up on CL for 30 dollars. We have started the cutting and reno on this. Let me know what you think so far. Will keep up dating progress.

Finally got the go ahead from the wife for roaches, and I was wondering if anyone in the Colorado area is looking to sell some or help me start my colony? I would really appreciate it and anything or advice would help, Thanks for reading:D
What I use to do was keep the hopper contained for about 24 hrs and feed some fresh romain. Most of the time if they are exposed to a large amount of pesticides they will die, but if still alive feed away and make sure your guy is big enough. He will love it:D
