She's a captive bred chameleon, not wild caught. She looks fine outwardly, just the one part on the right side of her face looks a bit strange, as if she has a small overbite almost, because 90% or so of her teeth are missing on that side. Hardly any teeth on the top, and a very few stray ones...

Sexing them is exactly how you would panthers, only harder. The difference is in some cases very subtle and can sometimes take around 6 months to provide enough certainty :) The male's tail base is thicker whereas the female's would be less so. If you need help, providing good, clear...

I would say this one is female. There is next to no bulge, and you can see a "dent" where it should be.

Just a general question: Did you run your new houseplants by on the chameleon-safe plants list? I'm just making sure as my female veiled, ever since she went over 6 months, has taken a bite out of every plant I have in there. Every time a new one comes in she MUST try it and make sure it's good...

I just also wanted to be another person that confirms that your chameleon is indeed male. First picture, male colouring 100%. the spur is also visible in another! Having a male is not a bad thing! They're less maintenance heavy ;)
