The only problem I notice is that the lighting schedule you have him on is way off. It should be right when the sun rises (around 6-7 AM) to when the sun sets (around 7-8 PM) having the lights go off at 10 PM is way too late. Other wise I think he is fine! You are supplementing his food...

His legs look fine to me. But just to be safe if he is starting to develop MBD make sure to dust his food with calcium (without D3) every day and give him vitamins 3 times a month.

You won't hurt him a promise---just gently squeeze his skin to check. Also if he is starting to shed I would mist a little more often and offer more water---they need it more to help shed smoothly.

No he seems fine and very healthy! A way to check if he is dehydrated is by pinching his skin (On his arm or stomach) If the skin retracts back immediately he is fine....if the skins stays bunched up where you pinches then he needs more water.

Just leave him be for a few days and only go to his cage to feed him and mist him, he may be super stressed and needs to adapt to his new environment.
