    Concerns with my guy Sosa

The only problem I notice is that the lighting schedule you have him on is way off. It should be right when the sun rises (around 6-7 AM) to when the sun sets (around 7-8 PM) having the lights go off at 10 PM is way too late. Other wise I think he is fine! You are supplementing his food...

does his legs look right kinda dragging body a little

His legs look fine to me. But just to be safe if he is starting to develop MBD make sure to dust his food with calcium (without D3) every day and give him vitamins 3 times a month.

    Need help

She is definitely egg-bound. She laid a fertile clutch of 32 eggs in January and when I got two of them out they were not fertile. She also won't eat and cannot poop from these eggs :(

    Need help

I have a veiled chameleon who had 4 eggs stuck in her. My boyfriend was able to get two of them out but after trying to message her the other ones don't seem to want to come out. Any advice on how to get them out? Message methods?

    Rest in peace Rex :(

My 7-month-old Outsalet's chameleon passed away Monday. He caught a digestive bacterial infection and did not react well to the antibiotics. He prolapsed at least twice a day the last few days I had him. He was my first chameleon and will be truly missed :(

    Chameleon Maturity

Congrats on your baby veiled! Usually babies grow fast when they are young, he should be getting progressively bigger every two weeks with the amount you are feeding him. Also-are you dusting your crickets with calcium and gut-loading them? Make sure you do so he gets healthy bones and does not...

HELP ! LOST MY VEILED :(

On the bright side--at least you know she's inside. One time my female veiled escaped OUTSIDE when I put her on a plant to get some sun....I had to wait until nighttime to find her...she was all the way up in a bamboo tree in the backyard and I had to cut the branch down to get her back. My...

    Dehydrated?

You won't hurt him a promise---just gently squeeze his skin to check. Also if he is starting to shed I would mist a little more often and offer more water---they need it more to help shed smoothly.

    Dehydrated?

No he seems fine and very healthy! A way to check if he is dehydrated is by pinching his skin (On his arm or stomach) If the skin retracts back immediately he is fine....if the skins stays bunched up where you pinches then he needs more water.

So I have a 7 month Oustalet's and I took him to the vet three days ago because he would not eat for a week, was having diarrhea and began prolapsing. When I got to the vet he was able to fix the prolapse and put his intenstines back in, but didn't put stiches in. He also gave my Cham a...

6-month-old cham has runny poop, won't eat

I plan on taking him to a vet to see if he has parasites. But for now to help him feel better I was thinking about giving him Fluker's Repti-Aide. Has it gotten good reviews for sick chams?

I have a 6-month-old Oustalet's cham and for the past four days he won't eat, and yesterday and today he has had runny poop. I noticed yesterday some parts of the super worm he ate the other day was not fully digested. He seem a little lethargic but was alert and clinging fine to vines and...

    Does my chameleon look healthy

Just leave him be for a few days and only go to his cage to feed him and mist him, he may be super stressed and needs to adapt to his new environment.
